We are delighted to announce that Jotun paints, the Norwegian paints giant and world leader in marine coatings, has awarded Geo Therm Ltd with a 3 year 10 country contract starting October 2020.
Jotun is renown for its wet and dry powder coatings used for some the most famous steel buildings ever built. Their quality hardwearing coatings being extensively used in the renewables industry, applied to wind turbine towers, turbine blades and nacelles, including offshore structures, rigs and ships.
The inspection and condition-based monitoring services tendered, will see Geo Therm Ltd teams support Jotun’s Middle East, India and Asia (MEIA) long term regional technical endeavours, and expansion goals until 2023.
The inspection services are designed to assist maintenance teams reliability issues across 20 sites in the MEIA region, with services planned to start October 2020 in the UAE. Inspections to include electrical Ex surveys, Thermographic Surveys and Portable Appliance Testing across their various production, storage and offices.
