Geo Therm Ltd has reached another social network mile stone, sending 1000 tweets covering thermal imaging and ultrasound issues used within the energy, maintenance, super-yacht and maritime industries via our Twitter account feed, coinciding with New Years day 2016. Twitter is one of the most popular social networking sites on the internet today and purposely designed for friends, family, co-workers and businesses to effectively communicate through the exchange of short, informative sentences that may also contain photos, videos, and links of up to 140 characters of text.
Every second, on average, around 6,000 tweets are tweeted on twitter, which corresponds to over 350,000 tweets per minute, 500 million tweets per day and around 200 billion tweets per year. Twitter also has 316 million active users, growing daily.
