We are delighted that the XPO Logistic’s giant opened its doors during the Covid-19 pandemic for a Geo Therm Ltd surveyor to perform its Lowestoft’s coldstore and factory’s thermographic survey in July.
The XPO Logisitcs company is an American owned top ten global logistics provider, with expertise spanning the full range of transport, logistics and global forwarding services. Its Lowestoft facility is one of its 197 sites across the UK employing some 15,000 people.
The thermal survey was undertaken to comply with the facilities PM maintenance regime, covering site-wide electical distribution boards. The survey took one full day to complete, with a return survey penned for Autumn to complete equipment unavailable at the time of survey.
