Geo Therm Ltd partners with electrical giant Harris Electrical Contractors Ltd to perform a series of Thermographic Surveys on building assets owned by the innovative office specialist property regenerators and investors group Derwent London. The first of the surveys are penned for buildings located in the Fitzrovia area, central London.
The Thermographic surveys are penned throughout the 4Q/2021 and 2022 principally scanning electrical distribution equipment (and report generation) to determine the thermal condition of various in-situ systems, to prevent breakdowns and heat issues arising from equipment needing corrective attention.
