The technical management at Biffa’ Horsham energy-from-waste reprocessing plant – the largest of its kind in the UK and Europe has awarded Geo Therm Ltd with its fifth consecutive electrical biased Thermographic (IRT) Survey.
Owned and operated by Biffa, the state-of-the-art Mechanical Biological Treatment (MBT) and Anaerobic Digestion (AD) facility can treat 312,000 tonnes of waste/year, diverting recyclable and biodegradable material from landfill, to improve recycling and reuse within West Sussex.
Geo Therm Ltd are delighted with this repeat of business, enabling to assisting Biffa with this creative means to generate energy from waste, as it satisfies our working in partnership approach at supporting a diverse energy generating industry for the nation. The IRT survey is planned to start in mid/late November 2021.
