We are delighted that the Aberdeen based Plug and Abandonment (P&A) company Well-Safe Solutions has again requested Geo Therm Ltd offshore services, this time on their jack-up rig the Well-Safe Protector.
The Well-Safe Protector is scheduled to begin its initial P&A works in the southern sector of the North Sea during the fourth quarter of 2022 for Ithaca Energy, beginning at the Anglia Platform some 55km from the Norfolk coast. With Geo Therm Ltd thermographic services penned to start in late October / early November 2022.
The Well-Safe Protector is a heavy-duty, harsh environment independent leg cantilever design jack-up rig with a DNV Classification. The rig has been upgraded to cope with the demands for P&A works in the North Sea.
