Geo Therm Ltd is pleased to announce our second offshore rig visit for Borr Drilling, with works penned to start in early April to complete a Thermographic IRT Survey on the Borr Norve jacking systems in Gabon, identifying high resistance hot spots in these seldom scanned systems during jacking operations.
The Borr Norve rig, built in 2011 at the PPL shipyard in Singapore, operates in water depths up to 400 ft and can drill up to 30,000 ft. A Pacific Class 400 design, accommodating 150 people, and has an IMO number 9599690 with ABS Classification.
