A second visit for our Geo Therm Ltd’s IRT inspectors on the impressive North Atlantic Drilling West Phoenix semi-sub rig was required in October, the initial 5 day survey in Sept 2018 was intentionally cut-short when alongside the Vestbase quay near Kristiansund Norway, before it set sail to the Ragnfrid Nord Field in the North Sea for Equinor. A second visit was requested and timed exactly to coinside with inspecting the drilling package, when under load. During a brief period of well testing additional IRT works were added to the work scope, making effective use of the inspectors time frame while enforcing our value added policy at keeping our inspection services value for money and fit for purpose.
